S.O. Gorgeous

There is no better inspiration for spring and summer Special Occasion Dressing than the red carpets and the awards season starts with two fun events…the People’s Choice Awards followed by the Golden Globes.  At the People’s Choice, lace ruled the red carpet.  Long, short, a little or a lot, lace was on almost every girl of every age. There were also lots of colors…pale neutrals for the ultimate sheer and sexy look to bold corals and blues, the dresses were stunning.  The other trends were color-blocking, (nautical colors of cobalt blue and white all dressed up), tea length (just below the knee but above the ankle), and sequins.  The Golden Globes really earned its name this year, with the stars bedecked and bedazzling in beading, sequins and shine…just a little glitz or all-out glamour! Now, the good news. You can Steal the Stars’ Style in your size and for your shape with these great looks from OneStopPlus.com:

Reese Witherspoon was incredibly fresh and stunning in a teal gown. Steal Reese’s Style with Sydney’s Closet Beaded Formal Gown in Aquamarine.
