Return & Exchange Policy

Tried it on and don’t love it? We completely understand.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of ship date. We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense for a new size, color, or different item. If you prefer to return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and prepaid return label charges). A refund or exchange will not be processed for products that do not meet exchange or refund criteria or are received after 60 days from the original ship date. Exchanges exclude items shipped directly from 3rd party brands, international orders, items purchased through Amazon or using PayPal.

How to Return an Item

RETURN BY MAIL

Start Your Return Online

If you have a FullBeauty account, sign in and select Order History. Locate the order you wish to return and select "Return Item." On the "My Account Page," select the item(s) you would like to return along with a reason for the return. Select "Return Selected Items” and follow the instructions for mailing your return.

Use The Return Label On Your Invoice

Get your return label ready

  1. Identify the return reason codes on the back of your invoice.
  2. Mark the codes on the front.

Prepare your package.

  1. Pack your item securely — the original packaging is best, if possible. Be sure to include your completed invoice.
  2. Affix the prepaid shipping label (found on your invoice) to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are visible.

Ship package with USPS using one of the three options below.

  1. Place in a mailbox.
  2. Drop off at any post-office
  3. Schedule a free pick-up at usps.com/pickup.

Have a heavy item?

All heavy items must be returned individually.

That’s it. Super-simple. Once we process your return, we’ll send an email confirmation.
Please note that it takes about 2 weeks to receive and process your return. A $7.50 shipping & handling charge will be deducted from your refund or gift card.

How to exchange

Order the wrong size or color? It happens. Here’s what you do.

Start Your Exchange Online

Exchanging online is easy if you have a FullBeauty account.
Simply sign in and select Order History. Locate the order you wish to return and select "Return Item." On the "My Account Page," select the item(s) you would like to return along with a reason for the return. Select "Return Selected Items” and follow the instructions for mailing your return.

Exchange By Mail

Complete the exchange form. It’s on the back of the invoice that came with your order.
Don’t have your invoice? Not to worry. Just log in to My Account. You’ll need your order number, email and billing zip code to look up your order.

Place your new order online — or by phone or mail.

Visit fullbeauty.com. Then, select your new item and proceed to checkout. Credit or debit card purchase? Give us a call at 1-800-781-9167. We’ll place an order for your replacement item. Cash purchase or prefer not to call us? Simply, complete the exchange form—be sure to include your completed invoice.

My Refund

Your refund is on its way.

Refunds usually take about 3-4 weeks. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (minus shipping & handling charges). It may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. If you made your purchase with a check, money order or gift card a refund check will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow additional time.

A refund or exchange will not be processed for products that do not meet exchange or refund criteria or are received after 60 days from the original ship date. To check on the status of your return, go to Order Status.

My Return Status

Checking on a return is easy.

Simply select Order Status. Once your return is received, it will be listed as returned — along with the date we received and processed it.

Do we have your email address?

If you're a registered user (or you gave us your email address on the phone) you’ll receive two confirmation emails — one when we receive your return, and a second one when your return has been processed. It takes about 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once your return has been processed, it takes approximately 7 business days for the return credit to post to your account.

Can I track my return?

Yes! If you used our Return Label to return your merchandise, just login to FedEx.com with your tracking number to see if we’ve received your item. Then, check your Order Status. Once we’ve received and processed your return, the status will change to Returned. Processing typically takes up to two weeks from the time you mail the return.

My Exchange Status

Checking on an exchange is easy.

Our exchanges are processed just like a new order, and listed as Exchange in your order status. Exchanges typically take two weeks to process from the time you send back your item. To check the status of an exchange, look it up here.

PayPal Returns & Exchanges
 

Exchanges cannot be processed for PayPal or Amazon orders. Please return the item(s) and allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to post to your PayPal account — less shipping and handling charges.

International Customers

Returns & Replacements

Customer Driven Returns: (Sales are final after 60 Days). Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days from receipt. Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted. We recommend that you use your local postal service to facilitate the returns back to our facility. Postal carriers have more flexibility in working with you to clear your items through Customs. We also recommend that you select an insured and trackable option as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Further, the customer is the exporter of record from the destination country and is responsible for all charges including freight, duties and brokerage costs incurred to return an item to the fullbeauty Fulfillment Center in the United States. Title and risk of loss are yours and only transfer to us once the product is received at our fulfillment center.

BEFORE sending your return, we recommend you document the following items in the event that U.S. Customs requests the information:

  • Your complete name and address
  • Description, in English, of each item. Be as detailed as possible.

For apparel items, you should note:

  • If it is a men's or women's item
  • Whether the item is knit or woven
  • Main fiber content (from the label)
  • The type of garment, e.g. pants, pullover, blouse, etc.

For other items, describe the item and what it is made of - the more specific the better.

For example, "14K Gold Earrings" is better than "metal jewelry."

  • Quantity of each type of item being shipped
  • Value of each item, in US dollars (available from the original shipment invoice).
  • Estimated Net weight of each item in pounds and kilograms
  • The country each item was made in from the garment label

Product Driven Returns: (Quality, Damage, or Wrong Item) In the unlikely event we send you an item that is damaged, broken, or has other quality issues, please contact us using this link, or by calling +1 915 225 4970 to describe the problem.

Canadian Customer Flat Fee Returns Option

We are pleased to offer our Canadian customers a flat fee returns program available through our international shipping partner i-parcel. If you wish to use this process, you are agreeing to allow FULLBEAUTY Brands to deduct a one- time $20 fee per return against your return credit. This amount will be deducted at the time the credit is issued to your banking institution.

In order to take advantage of the flat fee returns process, simply follow the steps detailed below. We will handle all Customs formalities and delivery back to our fulfillment center in the United States. FULLBEAUTY Brands takes both title and risk of loss once your package is acknowledged as received by the Canadian Post.

  1. Go to i-parcels returns site: Click here
  2. Enter your tracking number and e-mail from your original to pull up your order history.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Once you have selected your item(s) simply print the returns label for Canada Post.
  5. The returns tracking number will be listed on your preprinted returns label. Please keep this number for your records to track the package back to our facility.
  6. Place the item(s) in a shipping bag with label attached and drop off at your nearest Canada Post shipping location.

Note: If you need to make changes to a label that has already been printed, simply discard the incorrect label and generate a new one in the system. Be sure to use the correct label with your return to ensure you receive the proper credit.

Canadian Duty and Tax Refund Process

There is no need to contact Canadian Customs for refunds of duties and taxes on your returned merchandise. Our shipping partner, i-parcel, will process your refund directly with Canadian Customs on your behalf once the merchandise has been exported. You should expect to see a separate credit applied to your credit card for the Canadian duties and taxes in approximately 60 days from the date your product is exported back to fullbeauty.com
